Burlington House, located within the heart of Dublin 4 area in surrounded by the mature trees which overhang the street, Burlington Road. A beautiful area and state of the art HQ for Amazon who have taken tenancy of the whole building. Amazon’s decision to move into the hugely spacious Burlington Road block, to be known as the Vertium Building, will signify a further expansion of its Dublin operation which already has a workforce of more than 1,400.
Burlington House has been designed to provide for the highest standards both in architectural finish and sustainable design credentials. Designed by Henry J Lyons architects and built by Sisk, this 20,000m2 project is now ready in June 2017 for internal fit-out.
Allied were proud to be involved in the design process, getting involved with the Washroom Space and the Basement Bike area and Changing room areas.
Working with architects we were able to meet the required high specification using Flow Glass Cubicles 2700mm high with Laminate dividers and IPS panels. The striking Black glass is contrasted fabulously by the bronze effect printed glass. It is going to be the talk of the Washroom industry for some time to come. Simply Stunning Design and Allied were delighted to be able to deliver on budget and well in advance of PC.
